I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they find my lost barrette within minutes of me mentioning it, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable in the cozy sitting area provided in my room. the electric kettle in the room was a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. I can confidently say that this hotel far surpassed my high expectations and I cannot wait to return for another stay in the future.
